Baobab Blueberry Smoothie

During the first hours of the day, our body is craving for foods that are rich in nutrients and antioxidants! A smoothie is a practical - and delicious - way - to combine all these ingredients into one preparation. Blueberry is one of the most antioxidant fruits and combined with the superpowers of baobab, it strengthens the immune system and contributes to healthy and glowing skin.

This breakfast will jumpstart your metabolism to start the day in the best way.

Baobab Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries (leave a few for decoration)

- 1 tsp baobab powder

- 2 tbsp almonds

- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

- 8 Ice cubes

- ¼ cup vegetal milk (almond, oat, or soy)

Directions

Blend the blueberries, almonds, baobab powder, and honey at high speed until the mixture is slightly creamy (ca. 1 min).

Add the ice cubes and almond milk and beat until creamy. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, if necessary, to adjust the consistency.

Place in a glass and garnish with fresh blueberries.
